Photo: Missing teen Tanya Paola Padilla (left) and Jose Anibal Mayorga, 36. Chicago police on late Monday issued a community alert for a West Humboldt Park teenager who they believe may have left the city with a man she met on a popular social networking website.
Tanya Paola Padilla, 16, was last seen Sunday leaving her home in the 4100 block of West Potomac Avenue and getting into a small white sedan, according to the alert.
Police believe the car was being driven by Jose Anibal Mayorga, 36, who the teen met on Facebook.
Investigators believe Mayorga came to Chicago to get Padilla and take her back to his home in Cape Charles, Va.
